To be fair I can't find a price for the coffee bike without the espresso maker and assorted equipment but you can just buy one of those
I do recommend looking into Microshift for due to this. They make genuinely good drivetrains and you don't pay for the brand name of fucking SRAM or Shimano as of yet. Plus they still manufacture SIS compatible parts after shimano decided that shit was too consumer friendly and remixed it all
