if the rent freezes, the projected value of property drops, forcing the overleveraged jokers to sell thus dereasing prices even further. They are getting ahead of the train shrug-outta-hecks

the logic is sound, if you are overleveraged dipshit who can't take imagined wealth drop for 5 years
