I had to look down at my feet to make sure I wasn't wearing roller skates and I wasn't at the local skating rink.
I knew I couldn't be there because my sense of balance is so bad - I avoid anything like that. I went once in the 1980s. My girlfriend thought it was so cute and funny as I kept going slower and slower or I went over to the rail to hold on for dear life. We broke up a couple weeks later. I'm not saying the two things are connected. But...
