I don't even think fictional comic book villians are as evil as the USA
Yeah, most comic book supervillains have tragic backstories and real motivation for what they do
Nothing the US government does could be called sympathetic, like those characters from the treats are. The country is just pure evil.
i'm sure there's some fictional character whose entire thing is doing omnicide purely for funsies but outside that i don't think there is an example of a more evil person or entity in real life or fiction than the u.s.
