Of course I'm guessing and it's a hunch (and I'm probably right) but I'd imagine Musk probably thinks nothing of poor people dying and he might even celebrate, given how he sees people on welfare as "parasites", but it's obviously bad and wrong when someone celebrates HIS misfortune.
