Started HRT yesterday and all I feel is anxiety
When do I get to the revived emotional spectrum and sense that something broken has been fixed
from what I can recall, like two weeks to a month is when I really grasped "hey, I feel different in a cool new/weird way"
I think its pretty normal to have anxiety when starting something new like that - for my, I had a lot more dissociation I think. Also, my initial dose didn't really do much for me. The spiro certainly limited T from having its normal effects (even if my T levels didn't drop), but my E barely increased in the first 3 month. I switched to injections and I could tell the difference within days. Personally though, I feel like my emotional changes are a lot less than some people experience, but there's a lot of YMMV.
I felt miserable double T during the first couple weeks of blockers but eventually everything opened up and went all over the place for better or worse.
