only black peoples' crypto wallets will have state sponsored insurance. and no it won't be paid back in dollars but bitcoins and other cryptos for which the Government builds up massive crypto mining farms running on fossil fuels (or buy from the market and pump up the prices).

Don't worry, those farms will be private/public partnerships run by Amazon, Microsoft and X dot com the everything app (formerly Twitter)
