The poster on there actually says it only costs from the 5th hour Also, the Website of that rental thingy says that its free aside from a deposit fee

Nobody ever spends more than 4 hours in a hospital of course.

And it's fine to make people think "oh should I get a wheel chair or make rent this month" when they get to the hospital.
