It's been happening lately. The only other time in the past where it happened was a time in my life when I was 18 and I was going through what I now know is gender dysphoria. I'm not on HRT, though someone else in the comments said it happens to them too without HRT.

It rarely happens to me randomly. Usually only when I'm actively trying to pleasure myself. But yeah, the description of the feeling and the discharge sound familiar.nsfw
When aroused I discharge a lot.. like soaking levels like through clothing kind of soak. I've always had it too.. it can be embarassing sometimes. It is normal for it to happen in small amounts but I've never heard of anyone having the sheer amount I can. But it is also normal to have intense feeling like in the description. I usually get that with arousal. When I was younger it would be more random like in my teens It would be fairly uncontrolled.ah yeah i remember that one. No idea. Never felt something like that before. Sounds nice though

Can't say I've just randomly had that kind of feeling, but I've had small amount of discharge without even having any feelings of arousal (physically or mentally), euphoria, warmness, etc without HRT. I tend to be extremely bad at recognizing my own emotions and sensations though, so my lack of noticing any such feelings doesn't mean much. Wouldn't be surprised if it happened more often and I just didn't notice, but I was trying to be actively self-aware of such feelings that day in particular, so it was a surprising find when I went to go to the bathroom.A Reddit link was detected in your comment.
