Probably a snug piercing in the ear. I've had most things done Including nips and tongue
dont want to pierce my ears though
the aesthetic does not appeal.
nips could be cool though
nips didn't hurt for me, same with tongue
which was a little disappointing. The ears can hurt quite a bit if they go through the cartilage.
