Interesting. I use they [for myself] because I default to it but I kinda prefer she too. It was funny realizing that some people put the they first because NTs apparently default to binary ones.
You cannot win with NTs, they either use "they" to degender binary ppl or default to binary pronouns to squeeze nb ppl into boxes

Somewhat related, itโs weird remembering that a lot of people just expect others to understand them and get mad when people donโt, rather than over clarifying and trying to reconcile as soon as conflict among comrades seems to start.
I've known for years that most won't understand how my brain works, most of the time I'll explain myself directly to try to prevent miscommunication or misunderstanding
I still get people misreading me constantly. I'm very guarded probably due to the abuse in my upbringing but with a mix of autism, acespec and a lot of trauma it can be fairly hard to be read correctly.
I've had people attack me for very little. I can trigger that kind of reaction too and it can be confusing when it has happened..

Same with dreams (more nightmares) I'm a void or nothing there.. like mostly invisible.
My dreams are mostly foggy nonsense in which Iโm scarcely a character.
I've only been disembodied parts, a forearm is what I saw with like void around it or one nightmaee where I had hot coals melt through my stomach.. but the rest of me was black void.. like id be looking in my nightmares and thats all i'd see..
I don't see myself ever, not even a human shape or form..
Oh yeah, I never see myself. Usually โIโ am observing a random sequence of vague sensations, but very occasionally โIโ will perceive myself as a subject, say being stabbed or hugging someone. I donโt identify with my body irl anyway.

I know a bunch of nonbinary transfems who've tried she / they out of solidarity, it just doesn't work for some of us.

No worries, there are some sentiments I don't love either. I don't mind at all if people use they/them when unsure, but if my pronouns are listed right there... y'know..
