Day 7 or microdosing estrogen (CW sex stuff)
After some reflection with my wife, I’ve come to the conclusion that I am indeed feeling some effects already. I’ve been very lovey with her for the past 4 days (she’s calling it clingy, but in a good way that she enjoys) and I feel a lot more in tune with my body when we’re cuddling or making out. I think I’m going to have to expand my internal definition of “emotion” because I didn’t recognize what I was feeling as an emotion. I’ve been working with nothing but happy, sad, and angry for years. AuDHD and disassociation are fucks sometimes. We unfortunately had our first run in with erectile dysfunction, but I’m hoping it was just because I was overworked and nervous. I was kind of in my head about the possibility of it happening, which is a great way to make it happen, estrogen or no. My heart was also racing from the previous thing we were doing. I haven’t suffered with erectile dysfunction in years though.
why does everyone but me get ED
Ikr? Like, I was promised ed!
It’s bullshit
sex stuff
No idea. I’m only on 1 MG of estradiol orally once a day with no t blocker. So the idea that that happened within a week was a little flooring. I’m hoping I was just psyching myself out.sex stuff
Do you still have morning errections? If so then I don’t think it should be causing ed. Also the advice I’ve heard for keeping functionality is to make sure you have one once a week so if you’ve only been on hormones for one week then I don’t think that’s enough time for that to be the issuesex stuff
Yes, I have morning erections. They’re not as prominent and don’t feel as demanding but they’re there. And by one a week, you mean one erection a week? That’s all? I’ve been having at least one a day still, not including morning erections.::: spoiler sex stuff That’s what I’ve heard. Although I’m not sure actually how long you’re supposed to sustain the erections
But yeah I think the reason hrt causes ed is because without testosterone you no longer have nightly erections so over time it can atrophy, but as long as you keep having regular erections you can maintain functionality. It’s kinda like penis stretches lol
The funniest outcome is
when you stop getting erections in the morning but your skin is so sensitive to contact that you wake up hard half the time anyway lmaosex stuff
I've had no ED. Started the week before you with sub-c.Relating to it like a clit has helped. More focus on the head than the shaft. Shallow penetration so I can rub the head against her g spot was really nice.
Also my peak arousal cycle has been more feminine. So slowing down and really feeling everything has been helpful.
Morning erections are less annoying/demanding. But still happen.

Focusing on the head and taking it slow sounds like good advice. I’ll give it a try.I’ve had a similar experience with morning erections. Like they don’t feel as urgent. That’s been really nice.
Can you explain more about the peak arousal cycle?
Testosterone is like .--|. And estrogen like ....----||-. A faster and higher peak with testosterone. Estrogen is a bigger wave over all, but takes longer to build up and doesn't peak quite as high, but the orgasm is a bit longer and more full body.
Essentially, a bit slower than testosterone to get to peak arousal and a bit less intense. But a longer, more full orgasm overall.
This is really helpful, thank you (also, I really like your name)
Thanks!
