There are many countries that historically instituted a separate, higher age of consent for gay sex, so it's an LGBT issue.
Equal age of puberty is a similar issue that is completely ignored due to cissexism. Cis kids are allowed to start puberty whenever their industrially disrupted endocrine system decides. Trans kids are either 1) forced to do that 2) forced to start much later than their peers 3) RARELY, allowed to start at the same time if their owner-parents approve.
I do provisionally support an equal age of puberty for both hormones, though. Right now endogenous E puberty starts earlier. I think it would be good for social harmony among kids/tweens/teens. But unlike equal age for cis & trans kids, I am willing to discuss this.
