When we revolt, it’s to expose something empirically and ethically wrong with society that needs to change.

When they revolt, they’re trying to stick it to mommy and daddy and their mean ol’ English teachers at school that told them being nice is good and being mean is bad.

Is it rebellion? Or are they simply reactionaries that found religion convenient for justifying their views? They're probably as believing in God as a 10th century pagan chief who just converted.

being "progressive" was mainstream

I hate this because all of this "progressivism" that these people saw on their favourite politcial pundit/fascist commentator's media were 99% of the time liberals or cherry picked to generate outrage for their propaganda machine.
