Depending on the surgeon, it can take forever to even get in. My surgeon, for example, schedules new consultations about six months out. So if it is something that’s super important for you like it was for me, moving a little faster is probably for the best.

Getting into NSFW territory

Everything past here is about results of colon vaginoplasty. It is the surgery that I got as well as the surgery that my second wife got.

I will say that, for me at least, this has been the single greatest thing that I have or will ever do for myself in my entire life. Everything looks perfect. It functions perfectly. It’s still healing, but what I do feel feels natural. The sheer positive impact it has had on my life simply cannot be measured. My mental state has gone from barely hanging on to simply flourishing. For me, it was like that first dose of HRT, except about 1000x more effective on my psyche. That it’s not hyperbole either. It has actively suppressed my anxiety and panic disorder, which I have been dealing with for almost a decade now. Hells, just about every time I see it or touch it I damn near about burst into tears of sheer joy. The happiness I’ve felt this past month has been immeasurable to say the least and I doubt it’s going to change anytime soon.

My second wife’s results are much more tangible as she’s almost a year post-op instead of 1 month. Hers looks fucking amazing. Everything from scent to looks to function to taste is cis. She seriously has top notch results and I simply can’t believe that it is so amazing.

It is awesome to me that surgeons can supply these results. When I started my journey years ago, I didn’t expect that I could have something that looked and functioned this superbly well. It felt like a pipe dream. Once I saw what they did for my second wife, I knew that it was a reality and that I made the right decision for myself to move quickly on it.

One last thing. SHOP FOR SURGEONS! Results matter and this is something that is forever. I didn’t do that with my tummy tuck all those years ago and I ended up with a completely numb lower abdomen because of it. The results are also very subpar as they didn’t remove the loose skin around my love handles for some fucking reason even though it was part of the scope for the damn surgery. That’s why I can’t stress that point enough.

Eh, I can wait. I'm still leaning towards the idea of "I'll just keep what I have" but like, you telling me that I could have one that looks and feels just like the real thing one day? wow! Maybe 2 years from now? Maybe 20? Maybe never? Who knows? I'm happy to just have the option!
