I have tried Raspberry Pi to stream emulator games, but I had issues with bluetooth controller (latency problems), so I thought about pc game streaming to raspberry pi and bluetooth controller will paired with PC. Its all in close range.

Raspbi is connected to TV.

Thats my last attempt to make it all kinda wireless. If it fails, I will have to connect my PC to TV...

What does that mean for how we communicate and consume content? Do you expect continous word salads instead of interviews, comedy sketches etc. Would modern era people accept that?

Recently I used to tidy up my pile with https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/bookmarks-clean-up/

But still there about 800+ websites, articles to go. If I put it to AI, my token number will flush away. Whats your routine or recommendation?

Go to https://retroachievements.org/ for emulator. Check out games total players or https://www.vgchartz.com/gamedb/ for inspiration and dont hesitate to play long time classics for selected consoles, handhelds.

With 14% of players playing 2025 titles on Steam and new initiatives like GameDate to play old-time multiplayer classics, how likely AAA studios aka corporatations aka stakeholder interests will try to sabotage people's own ways to force people to play their shiit live-service games?

In my case there's a huge timeframe between 2008 and 2025 I have played mainly multiplayer games like Tibia, Runescape, Realm of Mad God, Counter-Strike, Killing Floor and rarely touched singleplayer games.

I have barely touched GTA1, GTA2, GTA 4 or GTA 5 (finished GTA3 and GTA:SA not so long time ago). I have spent 30 mins in Skyrim. In Witcher 3 2-3 hours while (Witcher 1,2 stay unfinished). HalfLife series keep waiting for me to come back and lead Gordon to the end of the story.

I can go with more and more examples with classic singleplayer games which patiently wait in my library and if you ask me, the multiplayer games really "help in this regard.

Brainless GPT coding is becoming a new norm on uni.

Even if I get the code via Chat GPT I try to understand what it does. How you gonna maintain these hundreds of lines if you dont know how does it work?

Not to mention, you won't cheat out your way on recruitment meeting.

Don't expect corporations to join the DEI movement because they care about minorities. They do it for the money. When the wind of change arrives, some people might be surprised by how quickly and completely corps change their minds

Okay, thats the response for rich people. Whats the offer for less rich who would like to "disconnect from the system"?

Still, you were lucky that your colleagues are aware of alternatives and will use it (I hope). I wonder though if people will migrate because of you. Its tough to encourage others to communicate Signal while majority use Messenger or Whatsapp. Their reasoning for that is the most friends and family member are on mainstream solutions.

Signal is an interim solution imo for most people, which I also recommend. Not too extreme, not to "geeky", which introduces them to alternative app world.
