Now that you mention it, I've never wanted anything more in my life 🤤
Don't split the pole around me.
One of the better matches I've seen in a long time. They both did a great job here and the crowd was super into it.
Agreed with this. I love cats and want them to live long, safe, and happy lives inside.
Honestly your cat may have backed the fox down a little bit. If the cat runs, the fox immediately goes into hunt mode and the cat is prey. If the cat stands its ground, the fox might have been debating whether this was worth it or not.
Kind of Americana/nostalgia but The Andy Griffith Show really does this well. In fact, I feel like a lot of the older shows from the 60s did this.
For real. I guess the only thing slightly more terrifying would be not fixing it while in the middle of the Atlantic
Crack a book open. If you want to get real wild, take out a notebook and pen and write some stuff down!
I read the first trilogy of the Red Rising series by Pierce Brown recently and couldn't put it down. I didn't expect to like it that much but, that story really got me.
lol I immediately thought of this:

Video of the stop is here: https://youtu.be/47Em_6kCLqI
The reveal is quite hilarious but the cop doubling down is just cringe.

The problem is that cats can't evaluate risk the way humans can. A cat may choose to go outside, just as it may choose to run across a road, approach a coyote, eat something toxic, or wander onto someone else's property. We don't usually treat an animal's immediate preference as the final authority on what's best for it.
A cat wanting to go outside isn't evidence that unrestricted outdoor access is in its best interest any more than a dog wanting to chase traffic is evidence that traffic is safe.
