No, your insulting and (baseless) bragging are.
Your comment was purely about these changes taking generations to happen, this is something that has been in the work since the 18th century. It's a perfectly typical change, not a sudden one based in illiteracy.
That is not what arbitrary means.
It is a rational decision grounded in scientific research. That is by definition not arbitrary.
Eeeeh, no. PDFs will show differently based on the software as soon as it gets a little complex. The only truly reliable PDFs are PDFs that contain... Images.
This comment... Confuses me.
Black box testing is MUCH harder than white box testing, especially as, and I hate to say it, AI based security scanners become better and better at identifying flaws in source code. Having more information about your target is always the first step in penetration testing, and more information is ALWAYS better.
This is exactly why security by obscurity is a valid tactic. It hides information and makes a system harder to attack.
Absolute security is achievable, but comes with costs. If I'm willing to airgap everything and never go online, only using my own code, my device will be safe.
No, it's not. Every system has flaws. Using your own code is especially a bad idea, as it is much more likely to be flawed than a 20 yo open source project. Your airgapped device may be secure from remote attacks, since it is not connected to any network, but if it is stolen, that means nothing.
Absolute security is impossible.
There isn't much more they can surveil with a digital euro that they can't yet with how banking works today. Everything is controlled.
So, between a controlled banking system and a controlled bankless/facilitatorless digital euro, I'll pick the one that doesn't give away my money to the financial world.
No. Each generation was fucked in their own way, regardless of the two edges of the progress that they grew up with.
Unforunately, there is no solid alternative at the moment. Firefox used to be great, but the quality of the browser has been consistently declining for years now. In terms of features, stability, and accuracy. The various forks I tested back when I couldn't deal with Firefox's issues any longer had the exact same issues.
At least Vivaldi is european.
Obviousness? If you mass layoff your tech staff, you take the risk of more technical failures.
A smaller staff cannot do the same work as a larger one, and I guarantee you they're being asked to progress at the same speed. So, the tradeoff is on the quality of the product and the testing, not on the speed of development.
What is he going to do if his conditions aren't respected? Unrecognise Palestine?
All these conditions are just a way to alleviate the wrath of the US.
What's happening is that France took the initiative, and now countries are timidly following. Saying there are conditions is a political move, as no one can guarantee nothing.
But this article isn't even about Canada.
I still don't know what you're talking about. Countries are going to recognise the state of Palestine in September, they're not expecting anything for it.
The PA made commitments themselves. And they're not exactly heavily militarized anyway.

My point stands: the technology is not going to disappear. What are we going to do about not being able to use essays to evaluate how well a student understands a subject? Push back on AI? Futile ban attempts?
You're saying using AI for essays defeats the purpose of essays, I'm saying essays are no longer a good way to evaluate understanding of a topic.
