I always get reminded that i put beers in the freezers after i hear the cans go pop. Always fun when you need to clean the whole ass chest freezer.

What did you think they did with all those foreskins? Snacking on them gets bland after a while.

I dreamt of this in the first weeks i started to go to work by train. My route passes normally next to a cemetery city. There are literal skyscraper like complexes of in wall graves. I dreamt that my usual train stopped in te middle of nowhere, next to those buildings. I just got out of the train. Headed to one of them and got up the stairs of one of them. As i got in one of the levels. I heard a voce ask me "where have you been? It's been so long." as i turned to see who it was. I woke up.

The reason why it's still sutch a vivid memory is when i woke up, i searched for how the levels were. And they were almost exactly how i dreamt them. It most likely was my mind just adapting what i remembered of the dream to match with the image. But it still kept it in my mind.

I was banned from an arcade because I had discovered that if you placed a strong enough magnet near the coin door of most of the cabinets you could pull together the leafs of the service switch and just get free games. Was a wee kid so they just never allowed me to enter again. But boy wasn't that the start of a hobby. Now i Reverse engineer things for fun.

Knowing my ass i'd just go to meet another version of myself to have another set of eyes on a problem/subject to study that understands my twisted way of thinking. Fix that problem and then leave.

I think the folks over at [email protected] might enjoy this as well. It looks like quite a nice game.

I am making a Public repo for the first time. It's not mutch , just a script to setup a podman container. But i am afraid of people messing up their devices and blaming me 😅. Do you guys think i should put a disclaimer in the main page of the repo? If yes, what kind of disclaimer should i use? I've never really dived into the legal side of things.

I was experimenting with oobabooga trying to run this model but due to it's size it wasn't going to fit in ram, so i tried to quantize it using llama.cpp, and that worked, but due to the gguf format it was only running on the cpu. searching for ways to quantize the model while keeping it in safetensors returned nothing; so is there any way to do that?

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, i still know almost nothing of this field

I've been trying to install rocm on the deck following this guide

(https://old.reddit.com/r/SteamDeckTricks/comments/102xxww/guide_how_to_install_rocm_for_gpu_julia/)

with the only exception that i used a generic ubuntu container on podman instead of using distrobox; I reach to the point where i need to use amdgpu-install to run rocm, but when i do it tries to install 30gb of files; which unfortunately it's not feasible on my metered connection and storage (╥﹏╥). From what i saw from this issue on github there should be a way to select only the needed binaries for the specific chipset;

The question is, what should i do to install only the stuff necessary for the deck?

Sorry for the long post.

I remember seeing on the steam deck community someone mentioning a patch that reduced the size of the assets and, consequentially, the size of the whole game; does it actually exist or did i just hallucinate it?

When android auto first came out i remember that on the market appeared android sticks that were meant to expand the functionality of android auto. They where like the android auto wireless adaptors that are around nowdays but where a standalone android device that used a phone's hotspot for an internet connection. Are these sticks still around or are they completely gone?

I've set my sd cards to mount to a folder in my home directory and pointed the default installation folder of lutris to that directory, so when i swap cards lutris reads the games that i have on it, but now every game has a d: drive that points to that folder, when i try to change the path to a folder placed a level deeper or when i try to remove that drive entirely, after i close and reopen the wine configuration panel it reappears. Is there any way to prevent lutris from changing it back? I have the same setup on my laptop with linux mint and the same version of lutris and it doesn't happen, so I'm at a loss about what could be the problem.

The only one that know is obtainium, but from what i understood it only fetches the latest version of an app and it doesn't even check if it gets installed correctly.

I'm also i'm concerned about the safety of the apks; i know that trusting the f droid repo isn't any safer than trusting the builds from the dev, but it would be nice to know if there is any way to check other than checking the code by hand.
