proposes a term limit reform amendment which introduces term limits on a wide array of federal positions (e.g. representatives, senators, Supreme Court justices). However, the amendment discounts all terms before its enactment, so that Trump would be allowed to run for two more terms.
Enough Democratic politicians (perhaps partially motivated by their own career prospects) begrudgingly agree that term limit reform is needed, enough to ratify this amendment before the 2028 election.
