No. The sleep drive of humans (and animals, in general) is way too high to control after a while. People in combat also fall asleep after a few days. The body’s natural response to stress (caused by not sleeping or anything else) is to relax and one of the best ways to relax is sleep, and piss.

That site says I am stronger than 10-20% people (depending on lift) of my weight. I still don’t know how to interpret it.

Best in my use has been Mlem for iOS. It has some bug with loading a lot of large images in a row but other than that it is smooth. Only feature I would ask for is ability to search inside a community on the community page.
I tried Voyager and Blorp but did not like it in comparison to Mlem.
This is a good approach which I have used in the past. But it is a good idea to pick a target because motivation is lost when the loss slows down.
This is honestly so sound scientifically (except the part about Mary being a virgin lizard). But the people who believe this probably won’t understand.
Start small if you have trouble getting into it. If you know English, start with a Latin derived language.
