This has worked in the past, might work again. Thank you for your time and help!

That site says I am stronger than 10-20% people (depending on lift) of my weight. I still don’t know how to interpret it.

I also feel more motivated and focused during maintenance. Maybe it is a sign that I need to be at maintenance? I don’t know. I am so confused

I am not able to place where I am in this. No one looks like me. There are parts of me that match every picture >15%.

I am not satisfied with how I look. I can see some muscle definition but not as much as I want.

I don’t really know if I have diet fatigue. I have seen Mike’s videos about it and it doesn’t feel relatable to me.

I will check out mini cuts video.

How is recomposition harsher than cutting?

I have cut out ultraprocessed food entirely from my diet and eat junk food only once a week. All other meals are whole foods.

They are not “poor” with subsidies. Subsidies help them stay above the poverty line.

I grew up fat. I have lost 20 kg twice in my life but gained it all back and more. I don’t want to gain back anything this time, even if I lose a little less.

I am not sure how to judge my strength. I am not weak for sure.

I am making gains in weight and volume every week.

I am not very fit cardio wise. I can jog for 10 minute max.

I don’t know my body fat percentage. I am 6” and 105 kg.

Too real. I am not ready to hear this. I am still in the denial phase of my grief about losing grass contact

27M. I have lost 5 BMI points, down to 30 from 35, in 5-6 months. I did simple CICO and resistance training (PPL split).

I am a bit exhausted of the caloric deficit now and want a break. I have felt like this before and taken a maintenance phase of 1 week and then continued cutting. Now that I am no longer obese, I feel less inclined to continue.

Should I recompose at my current weight or should I continue cutting? Ultimately I do want to get to at least 28 BMI or lower.

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.
