Who says you stop playing video games in your 30s? I've never heard that and it's not true. If you like games, the number of years you've been alive won't change that. How do you know it's a good album but can't say the genre or what it sounds like? I don't understand. Is it Country? Jazz? Metal? Pop?
Also, if you know it's a good album, you must have some other info, however small. Lyrics? Male or female vocalist? Fast or slow? Guitars? Piano?
