America gave Ukraine the best deal possible and the losers are still pretending that Ukraine isn't losing the war. Either A: the war continues and Ukraine loses its sovereignty and becomes a desolate rump state. Or B: Ukraine takes the deal and maybe has a modest and painfully slow recovery. The one shot Ukraine had was pissed away when they listened to that repulsive clown, Johnson, in 2022. Ukraine in 2025 is literally Germany in 1944 desperately trying to negotiate a peace and hold onto their stolen territory while the Soviets are liberating Warsaw and the Allies are in Paris.

Yet redditors are still talking about "holding Russia accountable for war crimes" and crying over recognizing the Donbass and Crimea as if Zelensky is at the gates of Moscow or something. LOL

I 100% agree. Machado is genuinely one of the worst candidates for a Nobel Peace Prize I have ever seen in my lifetime. I thought the Nobel committee would find some generic western Palestine org and give them the Nobel prize or maybe even Greta.

Project Ukraine was never about freedumb, it was to use Ukraine as a disposable pawn to weaken both Russia and the EU. If Project Ukraine meets its objectives then good, if not, then the American empire will simply find another useful idiot that will sacrifice their own country for them. If it wasn't glaringly obvious back in 2022, it's basically a confirmed fact now that the entire conflict is one giant American scheme to weaken Russia and shackle the EU to the USA. Seeing daddy America divert everything to the genocidal entity and forgetting Ukraine should be a gigantic slap in the face to anyone still actually stupid enough to think that this conflict is about muh freeDUMBs and stopping evil Putler.

There is a 0% chance that Ukraine will join NATO or that America will militarily intervene on the side of Ukraine (LOL), and even joining the EU is a distant fantasy. Zelensky's 1940s Nazi collaborationist fantasy of Ukraine being the "Israel of Europe" and the imperial core's new attack dog will never ever happen because Ukraine will never be as valuable as Israel is. America is literally on the verge of starting a new disastrous and unpopular war (Even MAGAts are split over this one) over Israel's unquenchable bloodlust. It's both truly sad and pathetic to see idiots laud Zelensky as a great leader while he is sending generations of men into the meat grinder as a kind of advertisement of Ukraine's servility and bootlicking skills to the West. All while Blackrock literally steals everything that's remotely valuable in the entire country.

So this might end up being cope, but I'm starting to think we are seeing a modern version of the Battle of the Bulge happen in Kursk.

At first, it seems like a major L for Putin as the thinly guarded Russian border is overwhelmed by what looks like another PR stunt by Ukraine. But after a couple of days it becomes obvious that this is actually a major offensive by Ukraine. As Ukraine pours in thousands of troops from the Donbass front into Kursk. We are now getting reports that Ukraine planned to go much further into Kursk than they did and possibly wanted to capture the nuclear plant in Kurchatov to do some kind of nuclear blackmail to force Russia to make major concessions.

This obviously isn't working as their incursion been halted/severely slowed down. Sure it's another propaganda W, but they are taking massive casualties, while simultaneously weakening the Donbass front and failing to force the withdrawal of substantial Russian forces from Donbass. Even Ukraine NAFO cheerleaders aren't happy about this one.

So Ukraine now has to choices: Option A is to double down and pray they can hold out and make some gains and remove some Russian troops from the Donbass. Or option B which is to cut their losses and take the L (Ironically what Hitler did several decades ago during the Battle of Kursk).

Either way is would be some kind of poetic irony if the modern Kursk battle ended up being the nail in the coffin for the Kiev regime just like the 1943 battle of Kursk was described as the "last gasp of Nazi aggression" for Germany.
