Based, the tethered caps suck.

Anyone who's ever picked up trash on a beach before knows how many goddamed bottle caps there are. And bottles without a cap for that matter. Those two stacks could combine to form a single stack with half the items. Half of the stuff to pick up. And picking up bottles is much easier than picking up a cap. Wildlife are less likely to mistake it for something eatable as well.

Yes I agree the caps can be a little inconvenient, but that's well worth the practical end result in my book. There will always be assholes that pull of the cap. And bigger assholes still who throw their shit into nature instead of properly recycling or disposing it. But a large amount of people are trying to make our world a little bit better, or at least prevent it from going to shit as fast as it is.

These days people are so selfish and spoiled, even a tiny inconvenience is enough to make them behave like little children. It's sad really.

How bored do you have to be to complain about "woke bottle caps"?

They love shit like this because it's tangible, everything else they worry about is either statistically insignificant to the point most people will never see it or completely fabricated so the best they have is bottle caps.

I had to look up what a woke bottlecap is. The cap is attached to the bottle. That's it.

They're more annoying than they sound. Definitely not 'woke' though.

I went to one of those asleep countries some time ago, where the bottle caps didn't wake up yet. A cap that wasn't attached to the bottle was annoying to me, having to hold it in the hand while I drink was pretty inconvenient

Nah, they're great. I've had to pick up bottle caps because they slipped out of my hand before.

It's genuinely more convenient imo to have the caps attached to the bottle.

They were at first, but now that I've gotten used to them, I actually prefer them to the unattached ones even BEFORE factoring in that they reduce plastic waste!

If the personal highlight of your party’s conference is a bottle top… perhaps you should look for a more interesting party. Or leave politics.

People still bitching about the bottle caps? If it pisses them off so much, it barely takes any effort to pull the things loose.

They could just...not use plastic water bottles. Those are pretty woke overall since real men get their water from the blood of animals they consume.

How is that a win? Have we already cured cancer and poverty that having a bottle without a cap is a win?!!!

Have we already cured cancer and poverty

For the "conservative" cancer and poverty have already been cured. "They're probably bad people who deserve to suffer, so it's not my problem." There, cured.

Literally anything to keep us divided and ignoring the billionaires as they rape every one of us from behind.

Shes needs to get an update on her manicure instead of talking about bottle caps.
