I'm one of those rare types who hasn't touched CoD since Black Ops 1. The franchise has really gone downhill since then.

I used to be buddies with a retired NYPD patrolman. One of the most funded and well-trained municipal police forces in the US. With regular range testing, they were expected to hit their targets 40% of the time.

I'll say that again: in a controlled environment, against unmoving targets, an NYPD officer can usually miss, and that's fine. Does anyone think they suddenly get more accurate once adrenalin is pumping and a teenager is running away from them?

Probably best to nix that word from your vocabulary - it’s derived from pre-genetics race theory and was one of the primary groupings along with “Caucasoid” and “Negroid”. It was basically exclusively used to refer to people who were considered “lesser than”, and that racism carried forward into it being used as a descriptor for people with Down syndrome.
