Most uninstallers do the same thing, with different speed. Sometimes the uninstallation is not complete. If you want it to be quick for small apps just go to applications in the control panel and uninstall it. If it's something enshittified like vanguard then I suggest searching for a guide on the internet and do it yourself. Also some program have an uninstall.exe file
