You can look at the markets and see its still convincing millions of dipshits today. Oil prices have dropped with every EASILY disprovable lie Trump has made about peace bring around the corner.
One of the main reasons this has been allowed to happen is the total lack of public blowback. That's only been the case because oil prices are sky high, but not yet totally unaffordable for the average Joe. When our strategic reserves dry up, and they will, you'll see $6-$10+/gallon gas. Every dipshit not paying attention is in for a catastrophic shock.
Dementia Don is being played like a violin: the Iranians maintain enough background low-level military action going to exhaust the US military, but not so much as to trigger the US to commit war crimes and destroy civilian infrastructure in their country, or give other countries an appetite to join the action. The Iranians know time is on their side.

Well, the "deal" was the US gives $300 billion, Israel leaves Lebanon, and in return Iran will waive 14b in strait passage ransoms over two months.
So many ways it's idiotic. I have to assume Trump was expecting 10% of that 300b.
Such bullshit and market manipulation. I don't think they even want peace during this tenure. It's like money growing on trees for them, investing in the military complex. Why kill the golden goose? On the other hand, they are a bunch of morons so anything is possible.
