Mamdani: "You have to actually fix problems with rental units, as you're required to by both the lease agreements and state law. We're going to start actually enforcing state law on the matter."

Blackrock: "How are we supposed to operate in the city with such a threat to our business model?"

If BlackRock doesn't like some policy, you can be pretty sure it's a good policy.

Wow, Mamdani solves the housing pricing crisis

Wait you can actually fix things by fixing things? You dont have to wait forever for the free market to finally stop crushing orphans? Shocking revelation.

Wasn't expecting BlackRock to make pro Mamdani propaganda.

It's like a tick threatening to leave a dog after it gets treated for parasites.

But how will we rob people if we have to follow the law?

Its as though rich people genuinely believe that the rest of us need them. As if our poverty stricken asses wouldn't be able to figure out how to pay someone to build a house if some fuckhead didn't already own all the houses or something.

After that Healthcare CEO got offed, his and other healthcare companies loosened up their denial standards, and millions got treatment they'd been fighting for. Eventually, the.companies went back to business as usual.

All that means is that we have to randomly execute a CEO every few months, to keep them on track.
