Clarification:
The Pee Pee Tape purportedly shows Trump directing two underage prostitutes to pee on the bed that Barack and Michelle Obama had slept on when they visited Moscow during his presidency. This amused him greatly. What went on beyond that with the underage prostitutes is unknown, but we already know that's his type. Now we know the kinds of activities that he finds amusing.
This photo doesn't do it justice. I recently saw a wide, pan shot of the Oval Office when Tim Apple was slobbering on HitlerPig's fat ass, and he he has filled every empty space with those ugly gold doodads.
They should use them as kindling when he gets burned at the stake on the White House lawn.
Except for many decades, certainly since WWII, much of that research was done by American companies, and now all that research investment may be lost. Sure foreign companies have an enormous opportunity here, but it will take significant time to replace all that American research.
And what happens to major studies that are already underway, and will now be cancelled because the funding is lost? Years of research down the drain, as they start over somewhere else.
These people are so profoundly stupid that they think if they cancel mRNA research dollars, it ends this evil medical reaearch. It won't. Foreign companies WILL pick it up, but it delays the final results by a large amount, probably years. That's years that lifesaving therapies will be denied to people who are suffering and dying...
...All because we have a psychotic junkie with a brain parasite from eating road kill, whose entire medical knowledge is comprised of Internet conspiracy theories and his own imagination, making medical decisions for not only our current citizens, but all future citizens as well.

Sure, if that all happens, but it won't. We're in a new world now. Rachel Maddow said it the other night: We're no longer waiting for IT to come, it's here. All the things we were warning against during the campaign have now arrived, and will continue to arrive. We are no longer warning about the danger of a Fascist Government, we now have that Fascist Government.
So your confidence in fair elections, or even having elections at all, is misplaced.
First of all, they ALL believe fervently that they will rule forever, no matter what it takes, up to and including literally killing Democrats, of it has to come to that.
Secondly, they believe, and rightfully so, based on history, that the Democrats will do absolutely nothing to punish them in any substantial way.
IF the Dems ever regain power, it will only be because an extremely intelligent candidate stepped up who is willing to go toe-to-toe, and play Hard Ball with the MAGA Nazis. If that person gets elected, and continues with the classic Democratic bluff strategy, (with EVERYBODY knowing their cards) then MAGAs, or something far worse, will regain power in the NEXT election, and then we're probably totally finished as a democracy.
The next Dem prez better come out kicking MAGA balls, or we're screwed forever.

So now I have to figure the 25% tip before tax, then the 22% after tax, then decide which I want to pay, etc. Just tip on the pretax amount. Why is that controversial? How is that "losing rationality?"
Why does this require any discussion? You want to pay a tip on the tax, go wild. I've used my method for decades, and my servers get tipped well. I don't think I've lost any rationality.
Right but the fraud is with the server, or possibly the restaurant, not the industry as a whole. I just think getting the government involved to deal with a dishonest server is going a bit far. Just make the manager and corporate aware. They'll deal with it.
I get what you are saying, but it's more like there's a cult spectrum. Most of the standard religions are somewhere in the middle, but there are those that tend to lean in one direction or another, from loose control to tight control.
But in the end, it's still a person/organization trying to control a group to some extent, convincing them that an imaginary entity controls the entire universe, and only by having access to this person/organization, can you possibly hope to have that Entity's omnipresent favor shine upon you. Otherwise, you are doomed, in this life, and beyond. That is the general take for nearly EVERY religion. Sounds pretty culty to me.
And to stay out of prison, don't forget that. If he hadn't stolen the election, he'd be in prison right now, with more time on the way.
Why isn't the roof of that facility covered with solar panels? It might not provide all the juice they need, but it will offset some. Future facilities like this should be forced to install some sort of energy mitigation strategy before getting approval.
Do a review on Google maps, and TripAdvisor, if you are in a touristy city. Warn the world, and put the ownership on notice.
