I've framed it thusly: If someone is offered a bad deal, I point out how there's no reason to take said deal simply for having been made an offer, like it's literally beyond these liberals imaginations that negotiating is a haggling match and leverage must be offered and counteroffered, especially when it comes to international diplomacy. I would say equating Israel with Nazis is not something I would do, the mechanization and industrialization of genocide that the Nazis did has yet to be replicated. But I will say that what Israel is doing is very similar to what pogromists have done in the past.
