They are a right wing conservative billionaire party who libs have deluded themselves into thinking are a lesser evil. They refused to codify Roe v Wade despite having a supermajority in SCOTUS under Obama which directly led to the rollback of abortion rights in the US. Gaza got obliterated under Biden who sent the police to arrest protesters. Slavery was brought to Libya under Obama, a direct consequence of US foreign policy. Jimmy Carter directly assisted in both the Khmer Rouge and East Timor genocide.

The Democrats are not your friends.

Democrats: Give us power so we can mainly do good things!

Also Democrats: I know we have some power but the votes weren't there, the time isn't right, compromises must be made in the name of governance, etc etc etc

Any time you point this out some lib who’s never heard of the concept of party discipline will worm their way out of the hole they’ve buried their head into to tell you about how great it is that there’s such a diversity of opinions in the democrat party and unfortunately that means sometimes they just can’t get everyone to agree. Infuriating zealots.

You have to collaborate to consistently get the worst result on every single vote by 1 single vote every single time for years and years.
