Nah that's what you do if you're worried about being embarrassed at a trial, or you fucked up the body. (That is my personal theory, that the special forces guy did some war crime shit to the body of Bin Laden so they couldn't show it off) Trump believes this is great and is gonna make him look good.

Why would there be a jury trial? Not questioning under the grounds that the state would blow it off (though they would) but under what circumstances would it be reasonable to try the head of a foreign state with a civilian jury? Excepting I guess them visiting and performing criminal acts.
