you forgot the panel where the order is pretty much all wrong and you have to wait 20 minutes to get a human at the cash register
OTOH, if you go to the drink machine and make yourself a swamp water with a bit of all the various drinks and it actually tastes great, you're definitely a soft drink sommelier.
Cocktails are just various spirits mixed together. And this is beverage mixing. Not usually thought about, but deserving of respect nonetheless.
