Sweden’s government has long advised against travel to Gaza
they didn't fucking GO to Gaza. They were the subject of piracy in international waters
does the swedish government recognize Gaza in any other scenario or is it just when it's convenient to write someone off?
Israel literally kidnapped these people, including a sitting deputy of the EU, in international waters and they still won't do anything.

Oh okay sure. They were kidnapped in international waters against international law but they also aren't in any danger. That makes total sense
immediate victim blaming too. "they aren't in danger. and if they are in danger, it's their fault. and if it's not their fault, it's still not my problem"
Along with being able to genocide, pissrael is also allowed to do piracy.
They can do anything they want. They’re the spoiled child of the Empire.
They attacked a US military vessel like 50 years ago, actually killing around 30 personnel, and just got a little fine for it.

No great shock, Sweden is the only country other than the USA that has refused to resume aid through Unrwa. The excuse there is that Israel has banned them.
So instead of putting pressure on Israel they immediately folded and decided to start throwing money at other UN organs which will likely just end up in Israeli front groups like Gaza Humanitarian Foundation.
This is effectively the Swedish government saying "lol fuck you you're on your own" to Greta.
Then when people like her or Snowden flee the country to a different country because their government left them to rot, they all go

Once again we discover that there are those whom the law protects but does not bind and those whom the law binds but does not protect.
European dogs of US/israel downplaying their masters' crime. Just classic stuff.
