Hypothetically, I support such a ban, but I guess the way this is worded is too vague. It's supposed to be a ban on obscene material involving children (AKA "lolicon"), but Texas has left this wide open to also include anything resembling children or something like a cartoon where a child dies.

If you made an anime about a real person who's let's say in their 30s, this ban could hit you with jail time because they were drawn in a way law enforcement views them as underage. Not in a "she's actually a 3,000 year old vampire," bullshit kind of way, but as in "You didn't draw wrinkles on this character so therefore we have to penalize you," kind of way.
