Somehow stock market is still up today... all imaginary numbers
It's 'cause the stock market isn't the economy. It's a goddamn casino.
Barely. Everything's parked on the sidelines pending the next pronouncement from on high. Apple's already down from +7% at open to +3% now.
Once again what the markets actually want is stability but you don't make astronomical sums of money off stability if you're doing a bunch of gambles so this kind of manic reporting will continue as they try to get a handle on the narrative. They'll be reporting shit like "everyone is broke but the stocks are up so nobody knows if it's bad or not."
Meanwhile everyone trying to afford food is like
so much winning
Please, please. It's too much winning. We can't take it anymore. Mr. President, it's too much.

-- Repeated consecutive posting of reactionary sources, fake news, misleading / outdated news, false alarms over ghoul deaths, and/or shitposts will result in a comm ban.--

-- Using April 1st as an excuse to post fake headlines, like the resurrection of Kissinger while he is still fortunately dead, will result in the poster being thrown in the gamer gulag and be sentenced to play and beat trashy mobile games like 'Raid: Shadow Legends' in order to be rehabilitated back into general society. --
