Depends on the severity, but stuff like that usually restricts my movement for 3-5 days. I'll do nsaids and ice/hot packs before bed and make sure to stay hydrated

Phew I'm almost there, so I'm safe.
If you have a amino acids, in particular Glutamine, you can take those because they help with muscle pain recovery. Might help you feel better sooner.
