There's something seriously wrong with political cartoonists and always has been. They always label things, even when it's obvious. I do not understand this business of labeling a caricature of Uncle Sam "USA" and other dumb shit.
The "democracies": 
Literally 3 of the countries in the acronym are liberal democracies but you know, color palette and shit.
