Crazy new fan theory I honestly think is quite interesting. I’ve been reading this subreddit for a long time and not once have I seen anything like this. In Harry Potter Order of The Phoenix it is common knowledge that Dolores Umbridge becomes headmaster after Dumbledore’s army is ratted out. Right after assuming the position of headmaster, it cuts to a transition scene where Umbridge makes an announcement stating that boys and girls must remain at least 8 inches apart at all times. Contradictory to this decree, at 1 hour and 28 minutes, Harry, Ron, and Hermione are walking together on the bridge outside of Hogwarts. In this scene Ron and Hermione are walking in close proximity to one another, CLEARLY less than 8 inches away from each other. After seeing this, one can reasonably hypothesize Hermione is transgender, as this is the only reason she could be within 8 inches of Ron. Just some food for thought! Let me know what you guys think and if you think it’s a possibility!
