Never figured out HOI4 but I want to play
Just gotta spend time at it, I'd recommend Kaiserreich to maintain interest because it's like WW2 balanced for fun. In the base game the USA and to a lesser extent the USSR steamroll everyone every time unless there are some player shenanigans.
I may try again. I watched a let's play to get the idea but then the version I pirated was far off that video and not applicable
