Illegal work stoppage lol. The concept is just wild to me. Employers are allowed to lay off a massive number of workers but it’s illegal if workers decide to lay off themselves, even temporarily.
Literally “staying at home is illegal”.
And we're supposed to give two weeks notice before quitting a job.
