Did feminising hormone therapy become birth control while I wasn't looking? Wasn't last I checked... Also I am pretty sure it's possible to get both medio/phalloplasty done without messing around anything internally if you have a vulva, cervix, etc.
Chuds probably do believe we're all 100% sterile, but it's probably easier for them to just let isolation & exclusion from a cisheteropatriarchal system kill us slowly. This is why we must have our own communities and kill the cis.

There was some dipshit on Tim Pool saying that allowing people to transition makes them sterile, so actually allowing them to transition is genocide. If we want to protect trans people, we shouldn't allow them to do that.
They're interested in simple genocide for peoples, and the further destruction for all and any part of reality that fails to fall into the simplistic dualists storybook parameters of their reality, which is near all of it.
Even when it comes to having babies, they're irrational. The most obvious way to encourage reproduction is to reduce the costs - one of the biggest anxieties everyone has with having a child is just the cost of having the baby delivered, nevermind years of childcare.
All that to say they don't have the foresight or rationality to see that as a solution.
::: spoiler spoiler At least thats what I'd like to believe. But most of them probably have consistent and rational beliefs in that what they truly seek is cruelty and enforcement of traditional hierarchical norms.
They don't want to subsidise parents, they want to punish people who don't have kids
The cruelty is the point. Just having trans people existing and being happy isnt good enough, we must be in constant pain for them to feel good about us.
They are more than happy to sterilize the undesirables, but see doing so for white people a waste.
So are you aware that sterilization has been and is a requirement for change of name documents and other aspects of transition in various places?
