For real tho...who has a problem with Mexicans? They're chill af. They mind their own business and work like a beast. You need something done, find a Mexican that does that.
Anon was being a PoS. Ofc they knew they meant Call of Duty.
I don't understand how bitcoin has value. I know the dollar has no intrinsic value either; we just all agree it does. But the difference between the dollar and bitcoin is that if you decide to stop trading using the dollar, you become a terrorist and get a free hellfire delivery. If you stop trading using the bitcoin, no one cares. How did this whole bitcoin to value begin? How does a brand new currency start without the backing of a state? Why does it keep having value? It's interesting af.
So we can all understand what is happening, I mapped it out. The dams empty into Tulare Lake. The fires are in LA and contained. The article notes that there has been no plan released to transport the water from Tulare Lake to the fires (that are contained and have sufficient water). Historians will laugh at how stupid this is.
Indianapolis: After weeks of efforts, we have contained the fire and have things under control.
Trump: I got this. Force Chicago to have more water!! Done 👌
What? It said one salad bowl, so I got one salad bowl.
This is scary. Why would someone want to hide that specific information ahead of time? Also, that someone is a puppet of an enemy state and couldn't have mishandled the previous infectious disease outbreak any worse. And last time, he disbanded the federal epidemic team before COVID came out. This is like evil-villain level foreshadowing.
If you care about your health or your family's health, yall need to move to a blue state quickly and hunker down for the next 4 years. This madman is going to do everything he can to weaken and separate the union. We need to switch from progress to containment mode.
Imagine what they are thinking: being allowed to go back to their homes wondering if their homes even exists. Knowing that at any moment, they could be bombed and massacred again. Will they have communities? Will their friends return or are they even still alive? Can they get comfortable or should they be ready to evacuate for their lives again? Should they try rebuilding or make it through the day with bare necessities? Should they bother building social relationships or prepare for the surprise loss?
Palestinian culture must be unique. Many peoples have gone through severe hardships. There have been wars and genocides. However, the Palestinians have been going through it for decades on their own land merely for being there. There are generations of Palestinians that only know what it's like to be the constant target of a decisively powerful and unapologetic violently reactive state that imprisons them inside walls and either destroys or takes their homes. They can only exist how they're allowed to exist as the involuntarily designated sacrificial target of repressed anger from the justified pain of another people, always branded as a threatening villain by the very same people that punish you for existing, you can't do anything but let time go by.
I thought the same because
- cow = vaca
- wheel = rueda
- fish = pes
- snow = nieve
but in French
- cake = gâteau
- house = maison
- tail = queue
- monkey = singe
- bird = oiseau
Note: For H, that seems to be an image of a propeller airplane, not a helicopter.
Wasn't one of the first groups that Hitler went after when he gained power were the communists? I'm pretty sure I remember that communists were sent to concentration camps along with Jews, disabled people, and LGBT.
Juror 1: It wasn't him. I know it in my heart...because I've had congenital heart disease my whole life, so I'm acutely aware of how my heart is feeling at all times. Like when my insurance company raised my premiums, I felt that in my heart. I feel this verdict in my heart, too.
Juror 2: At first, I thought it was him, but then I didn't. Something about it made me change my mind. He just looks like a highly principled person. The media owes this man an apology.
Juror 3: This reminds me of the time I went to the ER with a severe migraine, and the insurance company denied payment for the visit because there was no proof that I had a migraine and said it could have been anxiety, which wasn't covered in my plan. Maybe this wasn't murder. Maybe this was assault. I guess we'll never know now.
Juror 4: The prosecution made a good case, but the defense made one very good point: the victim has a long history of gaslighting vulnerable people. It made it hard to trust them.
Juror 5: I think it was a cover up. Maybe the "victim" killed himself and wanted to make it look like a murder so his family would get the insurance money. They seemed to know a lot about insurance loopholes and tactics.
Juror 6: I feel for the victim, but I think that considering the charges, they need a second opinion...Oh, the law states that someone can't be tried for the same crime twice? If they think that is unjust, they could work with government to come up with a better system then. Though it is going to be a tough battle to repeal the Fifth Amendment of the US Constitution since they will need approval from 38 states, but maybe they have the public's sympathy.
Juror 7: I'm glad this trial is over. I need to get to the home to take care of my wife with cancer. The insurance company keeps giving me trouble, and she's too weak to fight it.
Juror 8: Did you know that the defendant hadn't even met the victim once. Who targets a random stranger for no reason at all? The prosecution wasn't able to make a case defining the motive of the defendant.
Juror 9: In my experience, you have to be careful with insurance companies. You can never trust them. The prosecution was working for an insurance company, so it was hard to believe anything they presented.
Juror 10: As a family practice doctor, I have to deal with insurance companies that lie about denials all the time, so I can tell when they are lying, and I think they were lying in the trial.
Juror 11: NOT GUILTY. The defendant seemed to be defending others from death or serious bodily injury, which is legal according to New York Penal Law 35.15.
Juror 12: The defense made a good point. The victim had told his doctor that he smoked a cigarette once in college, and I heard that smoking cigarettes can lead to poor health. Maybe the victim would have survived if he hadn't smoked before. We have to consider that.
