Moin, bei mir gehts mal so langsam voran und ich hatte heute den zweiten Eindosierungstermin mit meinem Doc. Dabei wurde ich auf 20mg Medikinet retard erhöht.
In der Apotheke musste ich für die 30er Packung dann knapp 18€ zahlen. Hatte mich kurz gewundert, irgendwie hatte ich im Kopf dass man maximal 10€ an Selbstbeteiligung zahlt.
Und ja, nach etwas googeln fand ich dann heraus, dass die Selbstbeteiligung für ein Medikament bei 10% liegt, aber minimum 5€ und maximal 10€.
Aber: Nicht wenn das Medikament über dem Festpreis liegt, dann fallen nämlich Mehrkosten an:
Hier hab ich dann die Liste an Festpreisen gefunden. Seite 715 dann das Präparat was ich bekommen hab (grün), nur ein paar Spalten höher gäbe es eine 27er Packung von genau denselben Pillen (lila), aber ohne Mehrkosten !!
Ich glaub nächstes Mal frag ich den Arzt nach der optimaleren Packungsgröße, vor allem weil meine Eindosierungstermine ab jetzt sowieso alle 2 Wochen sind und ich viel übrig hab 🤷
Was zahlt ihr so? Gibts sonst noch irgendwo Stellschrauben, an denen man die Kosten optimieren kann? 40€ im Monat sind zwar echt nicht schlimm in meiner Situation, aber bei monatlichen Ausgaben bin ich aus Prinzip eigentlich immer kritisch 🤔
Was he actually Italian though? As in, speaking Italian, having an Italian passport etc.? Y'all Americans have weird definitions of nationality, just having a foreign sounding last name isn't really enough...

Not straight, and not a man, but I just think they're neat! There really doesn't need to be a "why" to attraction, sometimes your brain just sees something and goes "yes"
It's also pretty shocking to find out what y'all have to deal with. German healthcare can be mildly annoying at times (the bureaucracy of finding the right form to fill out to get something like psychotherapy approved can be tedious), but I've never heard of anyone here getting their request dismissed without a good, legally predefined, reason. Apparently American Healthcare companies can just say no just because they feel like it?? whack.
They do also hook your brain up to the girl-matrix, allowing you to tap into the shared brainpower of all other thigh-high wearers for your programming. But that's common knowledge, so I didn't feel like I had to mention it
To be fair though, thigh highs are really nice to calm down restless leg, so sometimes they actually are pretty good for programming
