Not only that, but many of his books are freely available epubs with no DRM. You can read them and decide if you like his style before going on to buy the others.
So you are paying CAD$3.73 for 1 l of milk. Meanwhile, I am paying less than twice that for 4 l of milk in Ontario. You aren't making a very good case for the UK being cheaper.
It's also affected by salaries. The UK minimum wage is about $22 per hour, compared to about 17 in Canada. On the other hand, a web developer like me earns an average of about CAD$68,000 in the UK, versus around $80,000 in Canada.
The big question is the cost of housing, but I don't know what it is in the UK.
I mostly given up on Meidas Touch, after years of videos proclaiming that Trump and the Republicans are going down hard. They do have some useful information, but it is embedded in a lot of editorializing that doesn't really do anything.
If you watch that channel, the Trump administration is on the verge of collapse, and it's too disheartening to find time and time again that it isn't.
My recommendation is Language Transfer, a freely-available system for multiple languages that, in my opinion, helps you to think in another language better than any other system I have tried.
I hate to break it to you, but that's a male spider and you're gay.
I have found Duolingo much, much less useful for language learning than Language Transfer. The latter actually helps you learn to think in another language rather than memorize things (which is still useful, but not nearly as much).
Short if total immersion, I have found nothing better than LT.
Sounds like the position of Mistress is now open.
I don't think that Trump is anti-LGBTQ+. For that, he would need to have some kind of principles.
Fact is, all he cares about is what other people can do for him, and how much they massage his prostate with their tongues.
Likewise, he will screw over out heterosexual white male just as soon as he will screw over anyone else.
Just in case anyone is wondering how true this is, about 10 years ago, an Australian TV anchor decided to keep wearing the same suit and see how long it took people to notice.
After a year, no one had mentioned it.
That said, I agree with the man's statement that it would overwhelmingly be women who criticized other women for wearing the same clothes.

Watch his testimony to the Senate Subcommittee that was planning to cut PBS funding, and tell me it doesn't touch you.
