They do take a while. However, I found that, while I still want mine to be bigger, I did get to a point where my lack of them just stopped giving me dysphoria. Like, I want more, but I'm above the minimum I need for it to stop actually being a Problem, and that didn't take a huge amount of time.
Everyone's different and everything's relative, of course.
God I can't wait until I get there. Like I don't really care how large they get, I just want it to be noticeable and clear that I do have them.
