I have eaten the shark, yes. It definitely smelled worse than it tasted.
You haven't lived until you've tried some fries with special sauce (mayonnaise, spiced ketchup and raw onion). Diabetes and heart disease included for free.
A bit of hot sauce or balsamic vinegar is way better. And healthier.
(And lol at every fucker out there who thinks they invented some magical special sauce by mixing mayo and ketchup together. Like nobody's ever thought of that white trash culinary masterpiece before.)

That sounds like thousand island dressing
Try putting those red onion in water and vinegar (with a pinch of salt and sugar). They'll become a deep red/purple and loose all acidity, gaining a sweet and vinegary taste. You can keep them in there for quite a long time too if done correctly
