I grew ghost peppers and thai peppers this summer and i smoked them on my grill and made chili powder and I think I made a weapon instead of food

I just ground up some unsmoked dried peppers and added them to the smoked powder and I mixed it up with a gloved hand and when i was done I took the barest littlest lick of the residue on my glove and holy fucking shit it is spicy. like it is the avatar of the apotheosis of spiciness itself. It's too hot. Holy fuck my ass, it started off mild but just kept building and I drank a fucking glass of milk and then brushed my teeth and it's still just fucking painful. It's been 25 minutes and all my mouth feels is hot pain

I'm gonna give some of it to my Turkish coworker Friday but now i'm worried she's not going to believe me when i tell her it's spicy enough to kill a cracker

I made a simple sauce with the peppers I grew. ~6 ghost peppers, ~1 pound of jalapenos, 1 cup apple cider vinegar. Cut off the stems and left the seeds because i didn't want to get the pepper oils everywhere. Put it all in the blender and then simmer in a pot for 15 minutes. Then I strained the pulp and put the remaining liquid in a jar in my fridge.

Hoping my two ghost pepper plants produce more peppers later in the season.
