I checked the NATOpedia page for the Kursk Campaign and like, who the fuck asked South Korea or their estimate? They weren't fucking there.
I looked at the "bbc news analysis" article in your screenshot and BBC took photos that were released of the war museum and tried to make some estimate based on the memorial placards visible in the photos. The BBC estimate seems wildly inaccurate.
Here's an article published by DPRK showing a ceremony for DPRK soldiers killed in Kursk. The article says that portraits of martyrs are displayed in the ceremony. The photos on the article shows 101 portraits of DPRK soldiers killed. Click the camera icon to see the photos.
